This was part 3 of a 3 person project from last year.. the "head" was this.. freaky.. head thing that a dude in my class made, then this chick took a coat and put a bunch of words all over it, and then I did this thing and put it inside the coat and sort of put together a display for it.. The words mostly reflected how the head was grotesque and had pretty much only hateful and fearful words on it, so I guess this was a message about inner beauty.
This is a graphite drawing on white paper, no shader either.

I like ur work. Very nice, but I want to know why did u select Gandhi to draw? I ask u this question because I am an Indian. did u read his book written on his life?

well the drawing itself was part of a three-person-drawing in my art class in high school. The first person created a crazy looking head thing, the second person took a winter jacket and put a lot of negative adjectives on it, and put a drawing of Gandhi inside. Kind of a "don't judge a book by its cover" message.

But other than that I am a pacifist and don't believe in violence for any means so I admire the fact that Gandhi basically took down the British empire though strict non-violence.

I admire ur thoughts. I also do not believe in violence. I saw ur gallery. It's really very nice work. Actually when I was watching ur gallery, I was truely surprise because First time I have seen that people still believe in Gandhi & in his thoughts. Lot's of people admire him & believe in him but no one follows his thoughts for non-violence.
